Spyder Roulè
To make your weekend Spyder Roulè experience more enjoyable we have put this information guide together to help you navigate your way to Check In and Ride Assembly points.
Penrith Panthers address is :          123 Mulgoa Rd, Penrith NSW 2750
See the Map  indicating the various assembly points, car parks etc, click on the Getting there Tab.
CHECK IN        Friday 22/3/2019       The check in  is located within the main foyer of Penrith Panthers.  Once you go past McDonalds & Krispy Kreams and around the Roundabout turn right into the main front car park and park your Spyder. Either walk or catch the Golf Buggy up to the main entrance. It is important you don’t ride up to the main entrance and leave you Spyder there as it is a Drop off point for Panthers Patrons and a Local Bus stop.
At the check in you will receive your welcome pack that will contain your Spyder Roulè wrist band and event badge and other information about the event & the Penrith area.
CHECK IN        If you are attending the Friday Night Meet N Greet and missed the official check In time between 2pm & 5pm you can Check in at the entrance to the Jamison Function room to  receive your Spyder Roulè wrist band etc.
CHECK IN        Saturday 23/3/2019   For those who have not yet checked in you still can at the Group ride assembly point between 8:30 and 9:00 am. You will receive your welcome pack containing your Spyder Roulè wrist band  and other event details.
MEET ‘N’ GREET         Friday 22/3/2019  Jamison Function Room At Penrith Panthers.
We recommend you park in the “NEW” 5 level car park behind I-FLY for Friday evening as it is more secure and has CCTV  monitoring equipment.  It’s labeled as the P2 car Park.
Your Special Spyder Roulè wrist band is your entry ticket into the Meet ‘N’ Greet.
Space has been provided to enable you to place your helmets on tables within the Jamison function room.  Free finger food will be supplied on platters for your enjoyment. There will be Lucky Door prizes throughout the evening, your wrist band contains the Lucky number.
Penrith Panthers will have a refreshment bar available to enable you to purchase any refreshments you require (Sorry NO BYO).

The same starting assembly point location will be for both days Saturday & Sunday
A short riders briefing will be conducted each day.
Please make sure you have a full tank of petrol before the ride each day.
There will be a ride leader, a Tail end Charlie and some “ride officials” in between to make sure everyone is safe and to assist if any needs arise. Also a First Aider will be on the ride to assist with any little cuts or scratch if needed.
The Saturday Ride will finish at The Museum of Fire in Penrith where all Spyders will park on “The Oval” Volunteers will be there to direct you where to park.
 NOTE:  NO BURNOUTS ON THE GRASS PLEASE AS WE ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A BOND AGAINST ANY DAMAGE TO THE OVAL GROUNDS.
A BBQ Sausage sizzle  lunch is provided free on the Saturday after the ride.
Judging will take place for the SHOW ‘N’ SHINE  and group photos will be taken, some via a drone.
GROUP RIDE TO VENDER VIEW        Saturday Afternoon from 3pm    This rider will also be stopping at Westerns Motorcycles for you to check out the Spyder ruolè specials.
Leaving from The Museum Of Fire  it’s a short 15K ride to where the Vendors will have some aftermarket equipment available for sale. Click on the Vendors tab for details.  Details are also in your welcome pack.
