FRIDAy 14TH November 2025

  • 2:00pm – 4:30pm  Registration Check-in 

  •  Foyer Panorama hotel, st helens.

  • 6:30pm – 10:30pm Meet N Greet  Panorama hotel, st helens

  • Platers of Finger food will be supplied as part of your registration

  • BYO Drinks not permitted, purchase at panorama hotel.

SATURDAY 15TH november 2025

  •   10:00am – 11:00am Show N Shine – Percy Steel reserve St Helens

  • 11:00am – 11:30am Group photo shoot.

  • 11:30pm – 1:00pm Lunch  – Purchase your own

  • suggest the bayview hotel right opposite the show n shine event.

  • 1:00pm – 3:30 group ride to Pub in the paddock and Pyengana dairy trading

  •      6:30pm – 10:00pm Gala dinner  – Show N Shine  awards 

  • At Panorama hotel st helens

SUNDAY 16TH november 2025

  •    10:00am – 1:00pm group ride to bicheno and return.

ADDITIONAL EVENT ACTIVITIES TO BE ADVISED.

  • End of Spyder & ryker Muster 2025, safe Ride home

  • This Itinerary will change as additional activities are added prior to the event.
